The Building Management Department is in charge of the administration and maintenance of the palace building and facilities and the organisation’s other real estate. It draws up, assigns, and monitors small-scale public contracts. It oversees investment and repair work in the organisation. It is in charge of work safety in the building and the enforcement and adherence of safety regulations. The department is also responsible for reception services, cleaning and upkeep of the organisation’s facilities, and operating the institute’s motor vehicle.
