VACuM (Visegrad Academy of Cultural Management) is a two-year educational project aimed at young professionals (cultural managers) working in the cultural sector in the V4 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary) and in the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine). Lecturers participating in the programme include major figures in European and international cultural policy such as Jean Pierre Dera, Milena Dragičević-Šešić, Franco Bianchini, and Bob Palmer.
The project is organised by the Villa Decius Association (Krakow) in close cooperation with the Marcel Hicter Association (Brussels). The first year of the project took place in 2014/2015.
